Fee for Classes
$15 per class, $65 for 5 classes, $120 for 10 classes, or $100 for unlimited classes per month. Yoga 101 offers private yoga sessions for individuals and groups. Please call 508.207.0452 for availability and fee, or send an email to yoga101@hotmail.com.

Owner and Instructor
I began teaching yoga in 1998. I earned a 200-hour teacher certification at the Barefoot Studio with Matt and Holly Krepps in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 2006, I also completed a course in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program. I completed a 500-hour yoga teacher/training program at the Himalayan Institute in 2012. After years of practice and teaching, I continue to find the practice of yoga beneficial on multiple levels: physical, mental, and spiritual.
What to expect at Yoga101
-Accessible to most people, regardless of age, fitness or flexibility level, or body type.
-Gentle, safe, and authentic.
-No visual distractions or loud music.
-This is NOT "hot" yoga.

Doing anything new for the first time can be daunting. Using simple instructions I guide the class step by step into and out of each yoga pose. These poses are selected to be accessible to most people.
Yoga 101 has everything you need. Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely.
Absolutely! Please come join us, you'll fit right in.
You bet. Yoga 101 has props to help you do the poses with ease. You’ve probably seen pictures of calm faced people twisted, contorted and bent into all sorts of shapes. We don’t do that at Yoga 101!
